Spinning Tales for Fun and Profit...

I have been writing professionally for several years now, mostly educational curricula for NASA. On September 1, 2005, I took the plunge and left NASA to write freelance full-time. I'm still working on my Ph.D. in education, so that takes up some of my time, and I'm still doing curriculum development and program evaluation through my company, Kepler Educational Consulting, but I'm shifting more and more of my time simply writing fiction stories and non-fiction articles. Here is a list of stories I've written and my current work in progress. If you'd like more information on my thoughts on writing, I encourage you to check out my blog!

My Blue AlphaSmart Neo

After seeing that someone dyed their Neo flame red, I decided to take the plunge and dye mine as well. It came out looking really good! Though it's hard to see in the picture, the top part is blue but the bottom part is black. I used PlastiKote Vinyl Dye to color it, so the Neo just looks and feels like it was manufactured in this color. As far as I know, I'm the second person to ever try this. Very cool...
